Every member gets direct text and phone access to our concierge team with a response within 24 hours. No portals, no phone trees. We travel throughout Palm Beach County for onsite visits, wellness days, and Elite in home or in office appointments.
We come to your office.
Once a quarter, our team arrives onsite to see enrolled employees. We check height, weight, blood pressure, pulse ox, and BMI, review medications and supplements, update medical history, offer B12 shots, run EKGs when clinically indicated, and coordinate blood draws for Elite members. Employees can also discuss additional services and next steps directly with our team.
What you need to know.
This membership is not health insurance. It does not replace major medical coverage, emergency care, hospital care, surgery, specialist care, imaging, or catastrophic coverage. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the emergency room. Medications, compounded medications, supplements, pharmacy costs, and third party lab fees are billed separately unless specifically included. Controlled substances are not guaranteed and are subject to provider discretion and applicable law.
Employee health information, lab results, and medical records remain confidential between the employee and Beyond Concierge Healthcare. Employers may receive participation data or general wellness trends only, with no personal health information disclosed.
Corporate memberships require a 6 month initial commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue month to month. Either party may discontinue with 30 days written notice. Fees are billed monthly. Employee counts and family add ons may be reviewed and adjusted monthly.
Getting started is simple.
A corporate membership contract is sent for review and signature. Once returned, we coordinate your onsite corporate intake day and schedule quarterly wellness days in advance.
We accept ACH, debit cards, and all major credit cards. ACH carries no fees. Card payments include a 3.5% service fee. Your plan starts on the date you choose, and you are billed on that same day every month.
Employees are established in our system during intake and can begin using telehealth, concierge support, and onsite services right away. Family add ons can be enrolled at any time.
